The Internationaler Bund (IB) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. As a private company, we are subject to the provision of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure the rules on datab protection by all users. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

Personal Data

Personal data can be used to discover your identity. This includes information like your real name, address, postal address and telephone number. Information that is not directly related to your identity (such as favourite websites or number of users of a site) is not included. You can use our website without disclosing your identity. When accessing our site, data for backup purposes are stored on our servers that possibly allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed). We don’t use personal data in this process. The right to statistically evaluate anonymous data is reserved.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties 

We use your personal information only within the Internationaler Bund. To ensure that our graduates are able to communicate with you, the data collected in the registry is transmitted to them. In addition to that, we do not pass this information to third parties without your consent. If we are legally obliged by law or court order to do so, we will transfer your data to persons entitled to receive information.

Right of Withdrawal 

In case you have given us personal data, you may delete them at any time. Data for billing and accounting purposes are not affected by cancellation or deletion.

Use of Cookies 

We use cookies which help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our website. We also use cookies to monitor your registration and routing processes. Thus any use of our services is not possible without cookies. Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, you can set your browser to inform you when cookies are being sent. 

Children

For reasons of privacy protection, we only allow indirect access to the social network plugins used on our website.
